Complaint

To whom this may concern; We are requesting a formal investigation by your company for an unauthorized withdrawl from our account for $1850.00 dollars on November 7th 2014. Your bank has no explanation on how a quick pay request, from an external account, was processed, pending, and then eventually cleared and paid to our account. And then following 17 days after clearing, it was magically returned to the paying external bank. Chase Bank Branch Manager called in to your quick pay department as we waited for over an hour and a half to hear that, "The sending back, following the funds clearing, requested the funds back, so we sent it to them." That sounds like a fraudulent dispute if you ask my organization. Your company never Notified your customer. Blu Stype Cor Requested an explanation prior to RIPPING the funds out of my account and sending it back to the paying bank. Identifying the reason for the funds LEAVING my account by calling customer service, speaking to business banking representative, or speaking to a representative in the Office of the President. The Federal Reserve's rules governing pre-authorized transfers part of Regulation E needs to be investigated and customers need to take a stand. If you have unauthorized quick pay charges or withdrawls out of your account sign our petition.

Resolve this complaint by crediting my account the funds you tore out of our account and all fee(s) in relation to this unexplainable situation.
